Can privatizing some surgeries solve healthcare woes

Ford govt. has said that now, some surgical procedures like cataract, knee replacement, coloscopies can be done in private clinics with OHIP card coverage. But, some health experts and Ontario residents are skeptical about the roll out of this move.
