أماني صحفية في تلفزيون أومني بمونتريال و حاصلة على دبلوم الدراسات العليا في الصحافة المرئية من جامعة كونكورديا. تتمتع أماني بخبرة واسعة في إنتاج وتحرير التقارير الإخبارية التلفزيونية، مع شغف خاص بالكتابة وتحرير المقاطع المصورة. وهي فخورة بما تقوم به في تلفزيون أومني الذي يسمح لها بتعزيزعلاقتها مع الجالية العربية في مونتريال وفي جميع أنحاء كندا.

عملت أماني على مجموعة متنوعة من القصص التي تهم المجتمع لتلفزيون أومني، بما في ذلك تقرير عن الرسائل المعادية للإسلام والتي وُجهت إلى أحد مساجد مدينة مونتريال في مارس آذار من العام 2024. كما غطت أماني المعرض الفني “شرانق بين الأرض والسماء” و الذي يكشف مأساة أطفال غزة.

في أوقات فراغها، تستمتع أماني بالمشي في الطبيعة، والطهي، وقراءة الروايات التاريخية.

Amany is a video journalist at OMNI News with a graduate diploma in visual journalism from Concordia University in Montreal. She has extensive experience in all aspects of TV reporting, with a special passion for writing and video editing. Amany is proud of her role at OMNI, as it allows her to strengthen her ties with the Arab community in Montreal and across Canada.

Amany has worked on a variety of stories of interest to the community for OMNI, including the Islamophobic messages sent to a Montreal Mosque in March 2024, and the art exhibition “Cocoons Between Earth and Heaven” that reveals the tragedy of Gaza’s children.

In her free time, Amany enjoys walking in nature, cooking, and reading historical fiction.

اكتشف فخرالدين أحمد شغفه بالصحافة منذ الطفولة حيث كان يقضي معظم فترة ما بعد الظهيرة يومياً برفقة اشقائه في مشاهدة الأخبار ، ومنذ ذلك الحين، ترسخ حلمه في أن يصبح صحفيًا، وهو ما ساهم في تشكيل وعيه بوجهة حياته المهنية. و من خلال شاشة تلفزيون أومني ، قام فخرالدين بتغطية شاملة للاحتجاجات التي اندلعت في كندا في أعقاب الحرب الأهلية في السودان وقدم تقاريرعن هذه التظاهرات في تورنتو وأوتاوا.

حصل فخر الدين أحمد على درجة البكالوريوس في الصحافة من مصر، وتابع دراسته في مجال الإعلام في كندا في كلية كانيستوغا بواترلو بمقاطعة أونتاريو. يؤمن فخرالدين بالالتزام الثابت بكشف الحقيقة وإيصالها للباحثين عنها من خلال عمله في تلفزيون أومني ، حيث يسعى جاهداً لإحداث تأثير إيجابي عبر تقاريره الصحفية.

Fakhruddin Ahmed discovered his passion for journalism at the age of nine. Growing up in Sudan with two brothers, their afternoons were spent watching the news, sparking a profound interest in current events and storytelling. Since then, Fakhruddin’s dream of becoming a journalist took hold, significantly shaping his career. Fakhruddin channelled his passion via OMNI TV when he provided extensive coverage on the protests that broke out in Canada in the wake of the civil war in Sudan. His work took him to both Ottawa and Toronto.

Fakhruddin Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Egypt and has pursued advanced postgraduate studies. His unwavering commitment to uncovering the truth and narrating compelling stories continues to drive his work at OMNI Television, where he strives to make a meaningful impact through every report.

فرح مصطفى شغوفة بسرد القصص منذ صغرها فهي من كانت تروي الحكايات لعائلتها راسمةً البسمة على وجوههم، و فرح تهوى التقديم الإعلامي حيث استضافت منذ نعومة أظفارها العديد من الأحداث المدرسية، وعملت على خشبة مسرح المدرسة كمنسقة حتى توقع بعض معلميها في المدرسة الثانوية أنها ستصبح كاتبةً ذات يوم. وهو توقع لم تخيبه فرح، حيث أحبت العمل الصحفي وجعلته هوايةً و مهنة لها.

قدّمت فرح تغطيات صحفية أثرت بشكل مباشر على المجتمع العربي في مونتريال مثل قصة جنى، الفتاة الفلسطينية البالغة من العمر 13 عامًا والتي توفيت قبل أن تتاح لها الفرصة للم شملها مع عائلتها في كندا. كما أجرت فرح مقابلة خاصة مع محمد خبر في مدينة كيبيك عام 2022، وهو أحد الناجين من هجوم المسجد  عام 2017، بالإضافة إلى قصص أخرى متعددة، مثل تغطية ردود أفعال الجالية المغربية في مونتريال على الأداء الاستثنائي لمنتخبهم الوطني في مونديال قطر 2022.

تخرجت فرح بدرجة البكالوريوس في الصحافة من لبنان، وطنها الأم، قبل أن تنتقل إلى كندا مع عائلتها في عام 2016. كما حصلت على شهادة في الدراسات الإعلامية من جامعة كوينز في كينغستون بمقاطعة أونتاريو في كندا.

عملت كمقدمة برامج إذاعية في راديو سينا ​​مونتريال لبضع سنوات، حيث تمكنت من توطيد علاقة قوية مع المجتمع العربي المتنوع في المدينة الكيبيكية. كما كتبت أيضًا مقالات إخبارية لـ New Canadian Media ضمن إطار برنامج الإرشاد الصحفي. كما عملت فرح أيضًا كصحفية مستقلة لدى Narcity Media في مونتريال.

انضمت فرح لفريق تلفزيون أومني في عام 2021 كمراسلة صحفية، ونمى شغفها واهتمامها بالسرد القصصي بشكل أكبر حيث تمكنت من مشاركة قصص المجتمع العربي في مونتريال مع بقية كندا.

تهوى فرح السفر حول العالم والتعرف على لغات وثقافات جديدة.

Farah Mustapha has had a passion for storytelling since a very young age. As a child, she would be the one to recite family stories that made everyone laugh, hosted many school events, and loved being on stage as a moderator. Some of her high school teachers predicted she would be an author one day. They were not far off, as she became a journalist.

Farah covered impactful stories that directly touched the Arabic community in Montreal like the story of Jana, a 13-year-old Palestinian girl who died before getting the chance to reunite with her family in Canada. She also interviewed Mohamed Khabar in Quebec City in 2022, one of the 2017 Mosque Attack Survivors. She has also taken on some lighthearted assignments, and is particularly proud of covering Montreal’s Moroccan community’s reactions to their national team’s exceptional performance in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Farah graduated with a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Lebanon, where she always lived, before moving to Canada with her family in 2016. She also completed a certificate in media studies from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.

She worked as a radio host with Radio Cina Montreal for a few years, where she built a strong connection with Montreal’s diverse Arabic community. She also wrote news articles for New Canadian Media under a journalism mentorship program. Farah also worked as a freelance video journalist for Narcity Media in Montreal.

She joined OMNI Television in 2021 as a video journalist, and since then her passion for storytelling has grown even more. She loves being able to share community stories from Montreal with the rest of Canada.

Farah enjoys travelling the world and learning about new languages and cultures.

رحلة غزوان تمتد من العراق الى كندا ،وما بينها رحلة طويلة مرت بثلاث قارات، وامتدت لعقدين من الزمن في عالم الصحافة التلفزيونية المحلية و العربية و العالمية، تلت التحصيل الأكاديمي من جامعة بغداد عام ٢٠٠٠.

في نوفمبر عام ٢٠٢٣ ، كان لغزوان موعد مع فرصة صحفية استثنائية في كندا حيث تلفزيون أومني، ذو التنوع الثقافي، الذي تتلاقى فيه مجتمعات متعددة، لتقديم خدمة إعلامية مميزة. وفي هذ المرحلة التي تستمر حتى اليوم يقف غزوان بشغفه الصحفي وبمسؤوليته الاجتماعية على مقربة من الجالية العربية، يرصد منها قصصها و يرفدها بما يواكب اهتمامها. و بذلك يواصل مشواره الصحفي في كندا ، الذي بدأ مع وكالة APكمراسل عربي في مدينة تورنتو عقب وصوله عام ٢٠١٧.

من قبل ذلك ترعرعت خبرة غزوان الصحفية في الشرق الأوسط، الحافل بأحداثه من حروب و أزمات ومشاهد تنفر منها المسامع و العيون، الى أخرى تمنح الضيق فسحة من الأمل بقصص من التقاهم في بلدان مختلفة، و ظروف حياتية لا تشبه بعضها البعض.

فمن جولة في القسم الجنوبي من قبرص تمتد لعام و نيّف بدأت في نهاية ٢٠١٥ مع قناة العرب، سبقها محطة بلدان دول مجلس التعاون الخليجية التي تزامنت مع ازمة البحرين السياسية في عام ٢٠١١ مع مجموعة مركز إذاعة الشرق الأوسط , وصولاً الى العراق واحداثه منذ الاطاحة بنظامه السياسي عام ٢٠٠٣ من خلال مجموعة أم بي سي و عدد من التلفزيونات العربية و المحلية.

وبين كل ذلك التنوع المجتمعي، بقي الاهتمام عند غزوان منصبا على هدفه الاول ، ومحور قصصه، الذي يصافح بخبرته عراقة تلفزيون أومني باعتزاز لأجله وهو الإنسان.

Ghazwan’s journey extends from Iraq to Canada, encompassing three continents and spanning over two decades in local, Arab, and international television journalism, following his academic achievement at the University of Baghdad in 2000.

In November 2023, Ghazwan encountered an exceptional journalistic opportunity in Canada at OMNI TV. During this ongoing phase, Ghazwan, driven by his journalistic passion and social responsibility, remains closely connected to the Arab community, reporting on their stories and addressing their interests. His journalistic career in Canada began with AP as an Arab correspondent in Toronto after his arrival in 2017.

Before this, Ghazwan’s journalistic experience flourished in the Middle East, a region teeming with events ranging from wars and crises to hopeful stories of people he met in various countries under diverse life circumstances. His journey included an extensive tour in the southern part of Cyprus lasting over a year, beginning at the end of 2015 with Alarab TV, preceded by a stint in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries during the political crisis in Bahrain in 2011 with MBC Group. He also covered events in Iraq since the overthrow of its political regime in 2003 with MBC and other Arabic and local TV channels.

Amidst this societal diversity, Ghazwan’s focus has always been on his primary goal and the core of his stories, a focus he proudly shares with Omni TV: the human being.

هبة الزبيدي صحفية ذات خلفية علمية ومهنية متعددة الأوجه حيث تخرجت كطبيبة أسنان وعملت في مجال المبيعات ، الأمر الذي مكنها من امتلاك ثروة من الخبرة والمعرفة في مجالات متنوعة وهو ما يمنحها أفضلية لصياغة منظور فريد لتقاريرها الإخبارية. ومكنت دراسة الصحافة في كلية سينيكا بمدينة تورونتو بمقاطعة أونتاريو، مكنت هبة من المزج بسلاسة بين شغفها بسرد القصص وفضولها الفطري حول العالم من حولها.

نويل حجّار صحفية مع الفريق العربي في تلفزيون أومني في مونتريال حيث تغطي أخبار الجالية العربية مع التركيز على تقديم تقارير هادفة و متوازنة . وقد قدمت نويل تقارير اخبارية عن بعض من القصص الأكثر تأثيرًا في كندا والشرق الأوسط مثل الزلزال المدمر في تركيا وسوريا؛ ضمن تغطية شاملة هدفت إلى تسليط الضوء على آثار الزلزال على المجتمعات المتضررة ولفت الانتباه إلى الصعوبات التي تواجهها أبناء هذه المجتمعات. كما سلطت نويل الضوء مراراً على تأثيرات الهجرة والتضخم على المجتمع العربي في كندا.

و قبل انضمامها إلى تلفزيون أومني ، عملت نويل كمقدمة برامج إذاعية مع العديد من محطات الراديو منذ عام 2011. وهو ما استطاعت من خلاله إبراز القصص الإنسانية و مشاركتها مع متابعيها من خلال مواضيع مختلفة، بدءًا من الأحداث والقضايا الثقافية وحتى المقابلات مع المشاهير البارزين.

بدأت نويل رحلتها الأكاديمية في مجال الصحافة في جامعة دمشق وواصلت دراستها في كندا لتعزيز مهاراتها ومعارفها.

Noelle Haggear is a video journalist with the Arabic team at OMNI News in Montreal. She covers news related to the Arab community, focusing on providing insightful and balanced perspectives. She has reported on some of the most impactful stories in Canada and the Middle East like the devastating earthquake in Türkiye and Syria; her coverage aimed to highlight the struggles of the affected communities and bring attention to their difficulties. She also shed light on community news related to immigration and inflation.

Before joining OMNI TV, Noelle worked as a live host and radio broadcaster with several radio stations since 2011. She has brought stories to life and covered various topics, from events and cultural issues to interviews with notable personalities. She began her academic journey in journalism at the University of Damascus and continued her studies in Canada to enhance her skills and knowledge.

قصة وسيم هي قصة مثابرة وسعي حثيث للمعرفة عبر بلدان مختلفة وتخصصات متنوعة. مشوار وسيم بدأ بتحصيل درجة البكالوريوس في الأدب الإنجليزي من جامعة دمشق في سوريا عام 2002، ومن هنا استمرت الرحلة حيث وسع آفاقه الأكاديمية من خلال حصوله على درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال من جامعة بوردو العالمية في مدبنة ويست لافاييت بولاية إنديانا في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وذلك في عام 2014. وقد استكملت هذه الرحلة التعليمية بشهادة دبلوم في الصحافة المتعددة المنصات في التلفزيون والإذاعة والنشر الرقمي من سينيكا بوليتكنيك في تورونتو بمقاطعة أونتاريو في كندا حيث تخرج في العام 2020.

و بعد فترة وجيزة و في نفس العام ، بدأ وسيم تدريبًا لدى قناة CBC تورونتو. وهو ما أتاح له الفرصة لصقل مهاراته واكتساب خبرات ثمينة في مجال الصحافة. وفي صيف العام ذاته ، بدأ حياته المهنية كمراسل في تلفزيون أومني. وسرعان ما أدى تفانيه وموهبته إلى الارتقاء إلى دور منتج لنشرة الأخبار العربية، وهو المنصب الذي ازدهر فيه، حيث غطى مجموعة واسعة من المواضيع التي تهم المجتمع العربي في جميع أنحاء كندا بما في ذلك مجالات السياسة والاقتصاد والثقافة.

Wasim’s story is of perseverance and a relentless pursuit of knowledge across continents and disciplines. After graduating with a B.A. in English Literature from Damascus University, Syria, in 2002, Wasim laid the foundation for critical thinking and communication. His journey didn’t stop there; he further expanded his academic horizon by earning an MBA from Purdue University Global in West Lafayette, Indiana, in 2014. This diverse educational background was complemented by his studies in multiplatform Journalism at Seneca Polytechnic in Toronto, Ontario, Canada where he graduated in 2020.

In 2020, Wasim embarked on an internship with CBC Toronto. This opportunity allowed him to hone his skills and gain invaluable experience in the field of journalism. Shortly after, he began his career as a reporter with OMNI TV. His dedication and talent soon saw him rise to the role of producer of the Arabic newscast, a position where he thrived, covering a wide array of topics that matter to the Arabic community across Canada including politics, economics, and culture.

Wasim’s transition into journalism was built on a background in business that spanned multiple countries. The extensive international experience enriched his perspective, allowing him to approach journalism with a unique and informed viewpoint.

زياد عرب أوغلي، صحفي يقيم في تورونتو بمقاطعة أونتاريو. قدم تغطيات صحافية متميزةعبر تلفزيون أومني مثل تقديم تغطية شاملة أثناء محاكمة ناثانيال فيلتمان، الرجل المدان بارتكاب جريمة القتل المأساوية. لأربعة أفراد من عائلة أفضال المسلمة في مدينة لندن بمقاطعة أونتاريو، في عام 2021. وهو خط دأب زياد على رسمه من خلال التزامه بتسليط الضوء على القضايا المؤثرة وذات الاهتمام لدى الجالية العربية في كندا.

و قبل هجرته لكندا في عام 2019، عمل زياد مع العديد من وسائل الإعلام في قطر منذ عام 2004 كمنتج وصحفي. مثل تلفزيون قطر، وقنوات الكأس الرياضية، وشبكة الجزيرة الإعلامية. و من بين اسهاماته المتميزة ، إنتاج ووضع الأسئلة لمقابلة مع مدير نادي مانشستر يونايتد السابق السير أليكس فيرجسون، الذي وصف المقابلة بأنها واحدة من أفضل المقابلات في حياته.

حصل زياد على شهادة البكالوريوس في الاتصال الإذاعي والتلفزيوني من الجامعة اللبنانية في بيروت حيث تخرج متفوقاً على على دفعته عام 2003.

Ziad Arab-Oagley is a journalist based in Toronto, Ontario, working for OMNI News. Ziad has made notable contributions through his reporting, like providing comprehensive coverage during the trial of Nathaniel Veltman, the man convicted in the tragic killing of four members of the Afzaal Muslim family in London, Ontario, in 2021. He has a commitment to shedding light on important issues that impact communities and foster understanding.

Before immigrating to Canada in 2019, Ziad worked with multiple media outlets in Qatar as a producer and journalist. These outlets include Qatar TV, Al Kass Sports Channels, and Al Jazeera Media Network. One of his numerous contributions was producing and composing questions for an interview with former Manchester United FC manager Sir Alex Ferguson, who described the interview as one of the best of his life.

Ziad has a bachelor’s degree in Radio and Television Communications from the Lebanese University in Beirut, where he graduated first in his class in 2003.
