Funeral held for alleged McArthur victim who came to Canada as refugee

With all remains returned to family, a memorial service and funeral was finally held for Kirushnakumar Kanagaratnam, a Sri Lankan refugee who came to Canada aboard the Sun Sea LV, and whose family has been scattered all over the globe since.
