Brampton’s proposed budget for 2024

Mayor of Brampton, Patrick Brown, tabled his first mayor’s budget under new provincial legislation, the Strong Mayors, with a proposed tax increase of 1.9% on the City portion, below the September 2023 rate inflation of 3.8%.
