ਸੂਬਾਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਨੂੰ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਪੱਖੋਂ ਖੋਲਣ ਵੱਲ੍ਹ ਕਦਮ ਚੁਕਦਿਆਂ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਾਗ਼ਾਨੀ ਕੇਂਦਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਰਸਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੋਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਪਰ ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਓਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਕੁਝ ਪਾਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਹਨ।
