Celebrating ink and art – the Philippines’ largest and grandest tattoo expo called “Dutdutan” brings the best of tattoo artists’ unique styles and techniques to Toronto. The festival also highlighted Manila-based Greyhoundz, Typecast and the Chocolate Factory, as well as R&B artists. Is there still a stigma when it comes to this form of expression?
