就万锦市日前通过全面禁止市民在公共场所吸食大麻的新附例後，烈治文山市议会今日亦就相同议题召开特别会议，一致通过制订比省府法例所容许的更严格标準，保障及平衡大麻使用者以及其他市民的健康同权益.
