於2023年移居多倫多的馬琛沂(Ellen) 擁有多年傳媒行業經驗，目前在Omni電視台任職記者和主持。

Ellen在加入Omni電視台之前，曾在新時代電視台（Fairchild Television）擔任主持和記者，涵蓋本地和國際新聞，不斷精進她的現場報導和新聞製作技能。

Ellen也先後在香港的電視廣播有限公司 (TVB) 和鳳凰衛視擔任主播、記者和編輯，工作範圍包括撰寫新聞報道、主持天氣報告，節目製作和為多輯紀實節目擔任旁述等。

Ellen畢業於新聞與傳播學系，對傳媒業充滿熱情，致力確保新聞以最真實的方式傳遞給觀眾。

Currently based in Toronto, Ellen serves as a writer, news anchor, and reporter at Omni Television, committed to informing diverse audiences about critical news stories.

Before joining Omni Television, Ellen was a reporter and host at Fairchild Television, covering both local and international news. Prior to her relocation to Canada in 2023, Ellen excelled as a news anchor and editor at Phoenix Satellite Television. Her earlier career at Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) involved covering breaking news, hosting weather forecasts, producing feature programs, and narrating documentaries, showcasing her versatility in the field.

Ellen earned her Journalism and Mass Communications degree in 2019, and is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, ensuring authentic news delivery across diverse audiences.

Jie Yang joined OMNI Television in May 2009. She has extensive experience in TV news reporting and hosting. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language and Literature in China and a Master’s degree from the University of Victoria in Canada. Her TV news career began after graduating from university, working as a reporter, host, and editor-in-charge at Yellow River Television and Shanxi Television in China. Her reporting covered various fields, including politics, social issues, law, and entertainment. Her keen news sense and exceptional work capabilities have earned her praise from colleagues and audiences, as well as multiple provincial and national journalism awards.

After immigrating to Canada, she continued her journalism career at multicultural television stations in Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto. She focused on the political, economic, cultural, and social aspects of Canada’s multicultural society, conveying the voices of ethnic communities, and reflecting the sentiments of immigrants.

During her work at OMNI Television, Jie has interviewed numerous political figures, leaders, and elites from various fields, such as the British Prince’s visit to Canada, international religious leaders visiting Canada, Chinese leaders visiting Canada, as well as renowned figures from China’s business and arts communities. She is the recipient of the Canadian Ethnic Media Association (CEMA) Award (TV News) in 2013 and the Canadian Multicultural Media Confederation(CMMC) Community Contribution Award in 2022.

何文俊在香港新闻界拥有多年经验，曾在报馆、电视台及网媒任职，2023年移民温哥华寻求新生活。他现职OMNI电视《都会聚焦》中文撰稿员，他认爲传媒工作富满足感，很高兴成为OMNI News一份子，让他能在一万公里外的同一天空下发挥专长，继续以自己的母语，为加拿大广大华人观众服务。

Jony Ho brings extensive experience from the Hong Kong news industry, having worked across newspapers, television, and online media. He relocated to Vancouver in 2023 to pursue new opportunities. Currently, he serves as a writer for OMNI News on “Focus Cantonese” and “Focus Mandarin.”

Passionate about his work in media, Jony finds great fulfillment in contributing to OMNI News. He is enthusiastic about leveraging his skills from across the globe to serve the Chinese community in Canada under the same sky, ten thousand kilometers away.

在加入OMNI TV之前，Ryanne在時政、商業報導及紀錄片制作中積累經驗。她曾在非洲、中東及亞洲多個國家進行采訪。作為記者，她希望能為社區帶來更多啟發思考的報導。她有香港大學新聞碩士學位及香港中文大學性別研究碩士學位。閒暇時，Ryanne喜歡閱讀，做瑜伽和跳阿根廷探戈。

When Ryanne moved across continents to Toronto by herself, she took two suitcases, an abundance of curiosity, and a leap of faith. Before joining OMNI TV, she had years of experience in current affairs reporting and documentary making. She worked and talked with people from all walks of life in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. One of her passions is to bridge the gap between sciences and the communities she lives in. She holds degrees in journalism and gender studies.

One of the movie characters Ryanne resonates with is James in About Time, a time traveller who spent most of his borrowed time on books. Yes, that’s how much she enjoys reading!

Ryanne also practices yoga and dances Argentine tango.

李維，OMNI 2《都會聚焦》的主持人，好萊塢電影的配音員，還是一位釣魚和籃球愛好者。李維在台北生長，在加入Rogers團隊之前，他曾在台灣多家媒體，擔任編劇、制片人和導演。

李維於1999年加入OMNI 前身CFMT，三年後在OMNI 2開播時被指定擔任新聞主播。他常為大多倫多主流和華人社區服務，主持各種活動和慈善籌款。其中包括Sickkids基金會、Skills for Change、CICS華諮處基金會、加拿大中國專業人士協會、加拿大創業協進會和台商會等等。

他的聲音對於電影迷來說可能也很熟悉。他為多部受歡迎的好萊塢動畫電影提供國語配音，包括《玩具總動員》中的小豬哈姆、《美女與野獸》中的加斯頓以及《超人》中的角色。

Wei Lee, the anchor of Focus Mandarin on OMNI 2 is a high-profile member of the community, a voice actor for Hollywood movies and an amateur fisherman and basketball player. Born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan, Wei started his career as a writer, producer, and director for several Chinese-language media outlets, before bringing his talents to Canada and the Rogers team.

He started at CFMT in 1999, and three years later was appointed news anchor with the launch of OMNI 2. He is well-recognized within the GTA’s Chinese community, hosting various events and fundraisers on an annual basis. This includes the Sickkids Foundation, Skills for Change, CICS Foundation, Chinese Professionals Association of Canada, Association of Chinese Canadian Entrepreneurs and Taiwan Entrepreneur Society.

Wei’svoice may also sound familiar to movie fans. He has provided voiceovers in Mandarin for popular Hollywood films, including as Hamm the Piggy Bank in Toy Story, Gaston in Beauty and the Beast, and the lead character in Superman. While he initially had dreams of following his father’s footsteps and becoming a pilot, he is happy to have focused on the arts and media.

张玉姬现任Omni电视台国语新闻记者及主播。她以关注社会复杂性议题并呈现深入报道，获加拿大Jack Webster新闻奖，其作品多次入围，并在大学和博物馆展映。同时作为纪录片导演与制片人，早期专题《勇闯北方硅谷》探讨加拿大科创产业机遇。加入Omni电视台后参与制作的《加拿大排华法》、《唐人街复兴运动》、《原住民寄宿学校文化灭绝》等纪录片，挖掘加拿大鲜为人知的历史片段，为主流社会与少数族裔的和解共融提供独特视角。张玉姬曾就读金融学和新闻专业，取得美国伊利诺伊大学高等荣誉学士学位，以及加拿大西蒙菲莎大学政治经济传播学硕士学位。

Yuji Zhang is a Mandarin news reporter and anchor at Omni TV. A Jack Webster Award–winning journalist, she is recognized for in-depth reporting on complex social issues. Her projects have been featured at universities and museums and have been shortlisted for journalism awards multiple times. As a documentary filmmaker, she directed The Chinese Exclusion Act, Chinatown: A Story of Survival, and contributed to Cultural Genocide: Canada’s Schools of Shame at Omni. These works uncover difficult chapters in Canadian history while offering insights into the reconciliation and resilience of minority communities. Yuji holds a BA with high distinction from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MA in Political Economy of Communication from Simon Fraser University.
