Patate Arrostite

(Roasted Potatoes)

Serves 6


6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 6 pieces each

2 oz. or 60 ml. vegetable oil

½ Teaspoon or 2 ml. paprika

1 sprig rosemary

salt & pepper

Method: Preheat oven at 400°F

1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add cut potatoes. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain.

2. In a roasting pan, combine potatoes, oil, salt and pepper, paprika and rosemary

3. Coat the potatoes well with the oil.

4. Bake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes.

5. When the potatoes are ready, remove them from the roasting pan and serve.
