Episode #21 - The Long Kiss Goodbye
Sophie discovers her cart has been broken into. Although it was Greg, she chooses to believe it was kids. Jovi, on the other hand, is convinced it was Greg, and doesn't get why Sophie can't see that. Jovi and Quincy approach Greg, accusing him of stealing Sophie's jewelry, and threaten him to leave Sophie alone. Meanwhile, Jayesh tries to convince Maya not to go back to Vancouver, feeling guilty that he has ruined things for her. Jordan approaches Maya about working for her, being the tech support for her website. Maya is uncomfortable working for a porn website, and turns the offer down. Greg of course denies stealing the jewelry and hitting Sophie.

Episode #22 - It Kinda Looks Like You
Phoenix catches Greg with travel brochures and surmises he's planning a trip to Mexico for them. She is delighted. Phoenix asks Sophie to stay away from Greg, and to tell her friends the same. Sophie however, had no clue that Jovi and Quincy talked to Greg. Meanwhile, Chantal and Andreas find graffiti outside of Bang! and Chantal is pissed that she has to pay for the clean up (the picture also unfalteringly resembles her). An extremely annoyed Chantal tells Yuri and Jovi that she is terminating theirs and Sophie's lease because they have been late on their rent for the past three months. After the clean up of the original graffiti, Andreas and Chantal discover another piece of graffiti outside Bang!, this one resembling Andreas chasing a terrified sheep with the caption "I'll Bang! anything". She is determined to catch whoever did this to her.

Episode #23 - Where's Jay?
Yuri goes to Lee for legal help with his eviction notice, and Lee says that it is legal for Chantal to evict them, because they signed the world's worse lease. Stealing Jordan's idea, T.K. wants to set up his own boxing website. After realizing what Chantal is doing is legal, Yuri goes to his mobster cousin, Nina, for help. Nina threatens Chantal with her mob connections, and Chantal agrees to let them stay. The catch is that she's going to add a new tenant to the loft. Rajeev is stunned to hear that Jayesh left for Paris without saying goodbye or telling anyone he was leaving, while Marisa can't understand why Lee is acting so hot and cold, after he snaps at her after being offered coffee.

Episode #24 - Supertokes And Little Folk
Maya decides to stay in Toronto, and live at Jayesh's now vacant place. She takes Marisa up on her job offer to manage the Hot Spots computer network. She is a little skeptical about working with Rajeev though. In a plan to allow Greg to see his son, Phoenix distracts Sophie with a scene over earrings at her cart, while Greg kidnaps Sam. Jovi and Sophie notice Sam is missing right away and follow Phoenix back to her apartment where Greg and Sam are. Unknown to Phoenix, the plane tickets to Mexico that Greg bought were for him and Sam, not for a romantic getaway for Greg and herself. Once Phoenix leaves for work, Jovi and Sophie attack Greg with mace and Sophie leaves with Sam. Phoenix comes home to find Greg gone with his things and throws a hissy fit. Rajeev tells his mother that he gay and in love with Jayesh, who tries to make herself not believe this nonsense.

Episode #25 - Bad Mood Rising
Chantal arrives at the loft unannounced, with prospective new tenants in tow. Yuri puts in a couple nasty comments, much too Chantal's annoyance. Rajeev is depressed over telling his mother he's gay and Jayesh leaving to Paris; Marisa tries to comfort him. However, Raj is too low to be cheered up and settles on some drinks with Marisa. Phoenix is in a bad mood over Greg's disappearance, and assumes he just left her just like every other man. Meanwhile, Yuri and Maya celebrate with drinks and dancing over Maya's decision to stay in Toronto. The two begin to develop some chemistry. Over at Bang!, Chantal and Andreas learn that Cyanne is the graffiti artist (from episode 22).
