Blanc Noel
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz. Sugar syrup (or 1 tbs of sugar)
- 1 1/2 oz.V.S.O.P Rémy Martin cognac
- 1 oz. Fresh lemon juice
Champagne
Mixing instructions:
Mix lemon juice and syrup with several ice cubes in a chilled Collins glass until syrup is dissolved. Add V.S.O.P Rémy Martin cognac and fill with cold champagne.
Stir gently.
