Honey Meringue

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. honey
  • 4 egg whites

Directions :

  1. Bring honey to a boil and add to mixer bowl containing egg whites. Continue to whip until light and fluffy.
  2. *To make Meringue Holiday Tree as seen on-air with Pay and Mandy:
    Apply thick layer of meringue onto craft store styrofoam cone. Brown with kitchen torch.
  3. Use toothpicks to anchor berries in desired pattern along the cone.
  4. Decorate with additional berries or chocolate chips.
