MUSHROOM CREPES (NALESNIKI Z GRZYBAMI)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 tsp. of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp. of butter
- a pinch of salt
- Cooking oil
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of water
- 20 dag of mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1/2 pepper
- 10 dag of ham
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Put flour into a medium saucepan, add salt, pepper, egg and milk and melted butter. Mix througly. If the dough is too thick, add some water (it should be like table cream).
- lice washed mushrooms, onion, pepper and fry with hot oil, stir constantly, aprox 10 min.. In the end, add sliced ham and fry a couple more minutes. Add salt and pepper for taste.
- Fry crepes from the dough you prepared. Put onto each crepe vegatable-meat stuffiing and roll into rectangle crociets.
