NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE
- 2 cups graham crumbs
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 4 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 16 fresh strawberries
- 3 cups Cool Whip
How To:
Mix crumbs and margarine, press onto bottom of 13x9 inch pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
Beat cream cheese spread and 1 cup of sugar in large bowl until well blended. Add jam, mix well. Place strawberries and 2 tsp of sugar in small bowl - mash with the fork. Stir strawberry mixture and whipped topping into cream cheese mixture. Spoon over crust, cover.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
