SALMON SUSHI ROLL
- Nori
- rice
- 2 slices of smoked salmon
- soft lettuce
- cream cheese
- 2 slices of cucumber
- 2 slices of avocado
- sesame
- masago-caviar
Put nori on the sushi rolling mat, then rice (not to thick ), starting from the edge, put cucumber, avocado, cream cheese and lettuce. On the opposite site put salmon. Then roll tightly. Cut with a very sharp knife. For decoration use roasted sesame seeds and masago.
Dip sushi in soy sauce mixed with wasabi- hot paste. Serve also with ginger on the side
