JACK'S STIR FRY
- Beef
- Baby potatoes
- Mushrooms
- Onion
- Asparagus
- Chinese cooking wine
- Beer
- Vegetable oil
- Chili oil
- Montreal steak seasoning
- Salt and pepper
In a frying pan, let the beef fry for about five minutes. Then add the onion, Chinese cooking wine, a touch of beer, a dash of Montreal steak seasoning, mushrooms and previously cooked baby potatoes. Let the ingredients simmer for about fifteen minutes.
Just before the meal is ready, add a touch of chili oil and continue to fry for a few minutes.
In a separate pot, cook the asparagus and serve it on the side next to the stir fry. Serve and enjoy. Smacznego!
