- Quinoa
- Olives
- Spinach
- Feta cheese
- Tomatoes
- Onion
- Dill
- Chives
- Sesame oil
- Balsamic vinegar
Cook the quinoa and let it cool. In the meantime, chop the remaining ingredients, add the cooled quinoa and mix with the spinach. Mix sesame oil with balsamic vinegar and pour over the salad.
