CREPES WITH MEAT FILLING
- Crepes
- Ground beef or pork
- Carrot
- Leek
- Green peas
- Tomato paste
- Onion
- Oil
Slice the carrot, leek and onion finely into cubes. On a hot pan, fry the onion, leek and meat for a few minutes. Add the onion and pepper and continue to fry for fifteen minutes. Near the end, add tomato paste and green peas to the pan. Spoon the meat/vegetable filing onto the crepes, fold and enjoy.
