FRUIT DE MER PLATE
- 15 scallops
- 15 shrimps
- 2 pc pacific salmon (frozen)
- 10 mussels
- Sambal badiak
- 1/2 of lemon juice
- 2 table spoons of mayo
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Some dill
- Some coriander
Prepare skewers (put them in wet paper towel)
Mix sambal, lemon juice, garlic, mayo, yogurt, dill, coriander, and tomato paste together
Cut salmon in cubes and put it with shrimps and scallops on skewers and on grill
Grill for approx. 10 min
Dip seafood in mayo-yogurt dip
