OMNI FETTUCCINE ALFREDO

  • 1 package fettuccine pasta  
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 ½ tbsp butter   
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and set aside. Pour the cream in a deep pot and add the butter, salt & pepper. Stir for about 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat until the butter melts and the sauce thickens. Pour the sauce over the pasta; add the cheese and the parsley. Toss slightly. Serve in a plate and enjoy! Smacznego!
