OMNI AVOCADO SALAD

  • 2 avocados
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ cup crab meat
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 6 or 8 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ an orange pepper
  • Bunch of fresh parsley
  • ¼ onion
  • 8 grapes
  • Salt & pepper

Cut the avocados in half length wise, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh. Keep the avocado skins for later on. In a large salad bowl, mash the avocados. Cut the tomatoes in half and add to the avocado. Mix together. Chop the onion and the pepper. Add to the salad bowl and mix again. Add the lemon juice, the crab meat, and crush the garlic clove; mix together and add salt & pepper to taste. Add some chopped parsley, grapes and mix everything for the last time. Fill the avocado skins with the mix and decorate with parsley and cherry tomatoes. Serve and enjoy. Smacznego!
