OMNI AMARETTO CAKE

  • 2 Cream 36%fat (750 ml)
  • Bar of amaretto chocolate 300g
  • 4pkg of fix-jelly
  • 1 jar of cherries (or fresh cherries without the pit)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 bag of biscuit cookies

 

To prepare the amaretto cake:

Heat the oil in a large pan. Crush the biscuits and add to the pan. Mix well and then press into the base of a cheesecake pan. Set aside.

Over low heat, melt slowly the chocolate bar making sure it doesn’t burn. In the mean time, in a separate bowl, mix the cream for a couple of minutes using a hand mixer. Add the sugar and continue mixing until the cream becomes fluffy. Add the melted chocolate and keep mixing. Once the cream is fluffy enough, cover the biscuit layer with as much cream as you can. Cover the top of the cake with the cherries, trying to avoid any excessive liquid.

Prepare the jelly according to the instructions in the package. Let it cool down to room temperature for a few minutes and then cover the cherries with the jelly. Place in the fridge until the jelly has become hard. Remove from the cheesecake pan. Serve and enjoy. Smacznego!
