OMNI VEAL WITH WILD MUSHROOM

  • 4 veal cutlets
  • ¼ to ½ a cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp butter
  • Salt & cracked pepper to taste
  • 1/3 kg wild forest mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp of cream
  • 1 cube of mushroom bullion
  • Fresh Dill
   

Pour the oil in a deep bowl. Add salt and cracked pepper to taste. Marinate each veal cutlet for about a minute or so. Place the cutlets in an oven pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. While the cutlets are cooked, add 1 tsp of oil and 1 tsp of butter to a frying pan. Add the wild forest mushrooms, and cook at low heat for about 30 minutes, moving regularly. During the last 5 minutes add a cube of mushroom bullion and the 2 tbsp of cream. Stir until the bullion has dissolved and everything is mixed together. Remove the veal cutlets from the oven and pour some of the mushrooms on top of each cutlet. Decorate with fresh dill.
