CURRY DISH
- 1 red & 1 yellow pepper sliced
- ¼ of an onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 50 grams of ground beef
- 2 tbsp of curry spices
- 2 cups of chicken broth (2 cups of water and 1 chicken bouillon cube)
- 25 grams of cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- 40 grams of pasta (cooked)
- Coriander
- Limes
- Salt & pepper
To prepare:
Add olive oil to a deep pot and heat it up. Add the ground beef and cook for a couple of minutes. Then add the onions and the garlic cloves and cook everything together for another 3 minutes. Add salt & pepper to taste. Cook for another 2 minutes. Then add the curry spices, the flour and the chicken broth. Mix all the ingredients and add the peppers. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes at medium to low heat. Then add the cream and mix well. The curry is ready. Pour it over the pasta and mix well. Serve and decorate with fresh coriander and limes.
