Polish Tatar
- 1/ 2 pound fine ground fresh beef
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 pickles
- 1/2 cup large pickled mushrooms
- 1/2 onion
- Maggi sauce
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
- Lime Juice
Directions
Chop the onion finely. Chop the pickles and the mushrooms. Place each ingredient side by side on a large plate. Place the beef in the center of this plate and make a small hole on top of the beef (enough to fit an egg yolk). Add the egg yolk onto the hole. Pour olive oil and Maggi sauce to taste. Add pepper & salt and Worcestershire sauce to taste. Squeeze the juice of ¼ of a lime. Mix everything together, until all the ingredients have incorporated properly. Place on a clean plate and add a bit more pepper and Maggi sauce. Decorate with baguette bread all around. Enjoy with 2 shots of Vodka. Smacznego!
