SCALLOPS APPETIZER
- 4 scallops
- 4 tomatoes,
- feta cheese
- avocado
- pita bred
- oil
- paper
Directions
Add olive oil into a pan and warm up. Add garlic, basil, and sliced tomatoes to the cheese and crush it up in a small bowl. Make sure that the garlic and basil are thinly sliced before adding to the cheese. Add a drop of olive oil to the cheese and mix.
Cut up the scallops and put them in the pan. Sprinkle some pepper and salt. Let them fry at low heat. Take a full tomato and cut it in half. Scoop out the inside using a spoon. Take a cooked scallop from the pan and add it inside the scooped tomato. Then put some of the cheese mix inside the tomato as well. Repeat the procedure for each tomato half and then place them over a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 to 15 min at 350°F.
Spread some avocado onto the bread and serve together with the tomatoes. Enjoy. Smacznego!
