OMNICURRY CHICKEN

  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 1/2 Large Onion
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Tsp Curry Spice
  • 1 Tsp Garden Italian Spice
  • Sun Flower Oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Cut the chicken in small pieces. Add the curry spice, garlic and Italian spice to it. Toss the chicken well so that every piece is perfectly coated. In a large deep wok, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil and let it warm up. Add the chicken pieces and cook at low to medium heat. In the mean time, cut the green pepper in squares. Add to the chicken and mix well. Let everything fry for a couple of minutes. Slice the onion and the tomato and add to the chicken. Add salt to taste, mix everything well and cover the wok. Let it cook for a few more minutes. Uncover and serve over white boiled rice. Enjoy! Smacznego!
