BEEF IN MUSHROOM SAUCE
- 200g of beef
- 1 can of chicken broth
- 2 cans of mushroom sauce
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 package of your favourite pasta
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper to taste
Directions
Boil your favourite pasta following the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
To make the sauce, start by cutting the beef in thin slices. Add the olive oil onto a deep pan and fry the meat. Once it is almost cooked, add the onion and continue frying until the meat is fully cooked and the onion has changed colour. Add the chicken broth and right after, add the mushroom soup and mix everything well. Let it simmer until the sauce becomes thicker.
Serve the pasta on a large plate and pour the hot sauce on top of it. You can decorate with spinach leaves. Serve with Caesar salad and enjoy. Smacznego!
