OMNISesame-Crusted Salmon & Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

Sesame-Crusted Salmon

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 salmon filet, boneless skinless (approx 4 oz or 125 g)
  • 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds


How To:

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F. Pour soy sauce, mustard and liquid honey mixture over salmon. Scatter sesame seeds over salmon. Place salmon in preheated oven for 11 minutes, or until cooked through. If salmon is very thick you may need to cook a little longer.

Ingredients:

Spinach Salad

  • 1/2 red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar peeled and thinly sliced
  • A few handfuls of baby spinach
  • Grape tomatoes


How To:

  1. Sauté the onion in a pan until golden. Pour in the vinegar and scrape up any bits with a spoon. Put spinach and tomatoes in a salad bowl and pour the vinegar and red onion mixture over it. Toss well and serve immediately.
