TAPAS-STYLE DISH A LA ADA
Ingredients:
- Steak
- Tiger shrimps
- Snow peas
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- Montreal Steak Spice
How To:
- Prepare the sauce, combining the honey, Dijon mustard and soy sauce.
- In a skillet, fry the steak, seasoned with Monteal Steak Spice, three minutes per side on high heat. During the last minute, add the sauce. When done, place onto a cutting board and cut the steak into slices. Return them to the skillet for another minute. Plate.
- Fry the tiger shrimps using the same skillet and remaining sauce, approximately thirty seconds per side. Plate the shrimps.
- In a separate pan, fry the snow peas in the juice of half a lemon and ground pepper until nearly crispy, approximately three minutes. Done.
