CLASSIC RISOTTO

OMNIIngredients

  • Large chicken breast (cut into pieces)
  • 300 grams of rice
  • 150 grams of green peas
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 2 cubes of chicken bullion
  • 100 grams of green olives
  • 1/2 tbsp of curry
  • 1/8 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 spoons of parmesan cheese
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Directions

Melt the butter in a deep pot and add the onion. Fry for one or two minutes. Add the red pepper, green peas and the rice and cook for another couple of minutes. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add the chicken bouillon and bring the heat down to medium-low. Add the curry, mix and let the rice cook.

In the meantime, add olive oil to a large pan and, over medium heat, fry the chicken breast. Once the chicken is cooked, add it to the rice. Then add the green olives, the parsley and the parmesan cheese. Mix well and finish cooking until the cheese has melted. Serve and enjoy! Smacznego!
