SALMON

OMNIIngredients

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 lemon cut in half
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 4 tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup of cream
  • Pinch of Oregano
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

In a large wok over medium to low heat, add the olive oil and the water. Place the salmon fillet and squeeze the juice of one half of the lemon. Add a pinch of oregano and salt & pepper to taste. Cover and cook slowly for about 5 minutes. Uncover and flip over the fillet. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.

In the mean time, in a separate pot, melt the butter avoiding burning it. Add the Dijon mustard and mix. Then add the cream, salt & pepper to taste and the juice of the other half lemon. Mix well and simmer for a couple of minutes.

Place the fillet on a plate and pour the sauce over it. You adorn with dill. Serve and enjoy! Smacznego!
