CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 300g bittersweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 cayenne chili powder
- Dark or white chocolate cocoa
Directions
In a deep pot, over medium heat, warm up the whipping cream making sure it doesn’t boil. In the meantime, cut the chocolate in small square pieces. Place the chocolate in a large bowl and add the butter. Once the whipping cream is hot, pour it over the bowl so that the chocolate and butter melt together. Fold the ingredients and, as you do so, add the honey and the chili powder. Mix everything well and let the mix cool down. Once the ingredients are solidified, scoop several small balls and toss them over the coca powder coating them completely. The truffles are ready!
