Tortellini Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Tortellini
  • 500ml of Whipping cream
  • 2 table spoons of Reggiano Parmigiano cheese
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 Tbsp. of 2% milk
  • Level tsp. of butter

Preparation

  1. Boil Tortellini with salt.
  2. When ready, drain.
  3. Add Tortellini back into pot.
  4. Place pot back on burner and set to low.
  5. Add whipping cream, butter, cheese, and stir constantly for a few minutes.
  6. When heated through add 2% milk, salt and stir for approximately 10 minutes until thick rich and creamy.
