Ingredients
- 1 pack of Tortellini
- 500ml of Whipping cream
- 2 table spoons of Reggiano Parmigiano cheese
- Pinch of salt
- 3 Tbsp. of 2% milk
- Level tsp. of butter
Preparation
- Boil Tortellini with salt.
- When ready, drain.
- Add Tortellini back into pot.
- Place pot back on burner and set to low.
- Add whipping cream, butter, cheese, and stir constantly for a few minutes.
- When heated through add 2% milk, salt and stir for approximately 10 minutes until thick rich and creamy.
