Kraft Spicy Steak Marinade
Makes 6 servings, 1/6 recipe each
Ingredients
- 1 cup KRAFT Thick'n Spicy Onion BarBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 beef flank steak, (1-1/2 lb/700 g)
Directions
Mix all ingredients except steak until well blended; set aside. Cut shallow diagonal gashes across both sides of steak, about 1- inch apart. Place steak in shallow glass or plastic dish; pour 3/4 cup of the barbecue sauce mixture over steak. Cover and refrigerate remaining barbecue sauce mixture for later use. Cover steak; refrigerate at least 6 hours or up to 2 days to marinate.
Drain and discard marinade. Preheat greased barbecue to medium heat. Grill steak 15 to 20 min. or until desired doneness, turning occasionally and rushing with the reserved barbecue sauce mixture.
Cut steak, diagonally across the grain, into 1/2-inchthick strips to serve.
