Spicy Chicken Satay
Serves 4, 3 skewers each
- 1/4 cup BULL'S-EYE BOLD ORIGINAL Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 12 wooden skewers
Mix together barbecue sauce, peanut butter, lime juice and cilantro. Pour marinade into resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and marinate for 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator. Thread chicken onto skewers. Discard marinade. Grill over medium high heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through.
Cooking Know-How - Soak skewers in water for 1 hour to prevent them from burning.
