Crepes with spinach
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds spinach
- Handful of dill
- 3 green onions
- 1 cup variety of cheese
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- Cream-milk for the top
- Salt-pepper
Steps:
- Sautee the spinach with dill and the green onions…
- Mix the rest of the ingredients with the spinach..
- Fill the crepes with the mixture and roll them.
- Place the crepes in a pan and pour the cream and the milk. sprinkle some cheese
- and bake at 180oC for 30min
Crepes with sauce Béchamel
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sauce béchamel
- 5 slices of ham
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1 cup variety of cheese
- Cream/milk
- Salt-pepper
Steps:
- Mix all the ingredients together and fill the crepes
- Bake at 180oC for 30min
