Crepes with spinachOMNI

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds spinach
  • Handful of dill
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 cup variety of cheese
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • Cream-milk for the top
  • Salt-pepper

Steps:

  1. Sautee the spinach with dill and the green onions…
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients with the spinach..
  3. Fill the crepes with the mixture and roll them.
  4. Place the crepes in a pan and pour the cream and the milk. sprinkle some cheese
  5. and bake at 180oC for 30min

Crepes with sauce Béchamel

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sauce béchamel
  • 5 slices of ham
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1 cup variety of cheese
  • Cream/milk
  • Salt-pepper

Steps:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and fill the crepes
  2. Bake at 180oC for 30min
