Canadian Açorda de Azede

"Açorda" de Azede à Canadiana >>

Ingredients:   

• 100 ml Olive Oil
• 2 cans of Beans
• pinch of Ground Pepper
• 1 Sweet Potato
• 1 Onion
• 250 gr Pasta
• 500 gr Potatoes

STEPS:

• Steam the sweet potato.
• add sweet potato and beans to blender and blend well.
• Add the blend plus the remaining ingredients, except the pasta to a pan and bring to a boil.
• The last step is to add the pasta.
• It is done once the pasta is done.
