- Passion fruit pulp 300g (you can buy frozen at Portuguese stores)
Passion fruit juice ½ cup (Sumol or other brand)
1 can of Condensed Milk
Whipped Cream 3dl (about 10oz)
4 sheets of Gelatin or 1 pack of Passion Fruit Jello
Lady Fingers, if serving in small containers (cups, glasses, bowls)
- Mix the Passion Fruit pulp with the gelatin, juice and condensed milk. Mix well before addding the whipped cream, then mix until homogenous.
- If you’re doing one big pudding pour now into the form and place in the fridge overnight. If you’re doing the small containers start by dipping the lady fingers halfway in the passion fruit juice and then arranging them in the container with dipped side down (don’t dip deeper than height of container). Then finish filling with the mix and refrigerate overnight.
- You can save some pulp to dress up the pudding or serve as is.
- Ready to serve.
