Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp of margarine
  • 1 Tbsp of hot sauce
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/4 cup of beer
  • 1 entire spider crab (Santola)
  • 10 mussels
  • 10 clams
  • 5 shrimps
  • 1 lobster cut in half (Lagosta)
  • 1 squid cut into pieces

    STEPS:

  1. Put 2 tablespoons of margarine, 1 tablespoon of hot sauce, 3 cloves of garlic, juice from half a lemon and a quarter cup of beer into a frying pan. Mix it at a low temperature. All the ingredients should be fresh and raw.
  2. Then, open and clean the crab. Split the crab down the middle cut each leg towards the center so they all have a little bit of meat from the middle and add them into the frying pan as well. Add in the mussels, clams, and shrimp. Then add in the lobster, which should be cut in half, as well as the squid which should also be cut into small pieces. Also include the juices of the crab with the other ingredients and add in a bit more beer as well.
  3. Put a lid on the frying pan and let it cook for 15 minutes.

- Ready to serve.
