“Gomes de Sá” Cod Fish

Ingredients:

  • Cod fish (boiled and shredded)
  • Potatoes (Boiled and sliced)
  • Onions (sliced julienne style)
  • Eggs (boiled and cut in half)
  • Olive oil
  • Olives
  • Salt
  • White wine

    STEPS:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 F
  2. Line the bottom of a casserole dish with the sliced potatoes
  3. Place the shredded cod on top of the potatoes
  4. Sauté onions with olive oil, wine and salt, then place on top of cod
  5. Place boiled eggs on top of onions
  6. Drizzle olive oil on top
  7. Place in the oven for 15 – 20 minute
