Bacalhau à Gomes de Sá >>

Ingredients:
- Cod fish (boiled and shredded)
- Potatoes (Boiled and sliced)
- Onions (sliced julienne style)
- Eggs (boiled and cut in half)
- Olive oil
- Olives
- Salt
- White wine
STEPS:
- Pre-heat oven to 375 F
- Line the bottom of a casserole dish with the sliced potatoes
- Place the shredded cod on top of the potatoes
- Sauté onions with olive oil, wine and salt, then place on top of cod
- Place boiled eggs on top of onions
- Drizzle olive oil on top
- Place in the oven for 15 – 20 minute
