Lombo com ananás >>

Ingredients:
- Olive Oil
- Pork Loin sliced thick and salted
- Green and Red Bell Peppers sliced
- One Onion
- Garlic 3-4 cut coarse
- Black Pepper
- Pineapple 1 cup diced
- Salt
- Demi Glaze
- White Wine 1 cup
STEPS:
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook pork loin until golden on both sides. During cooking season with ground black pepper and garlic.
- In a second pan heat some olive oil and cook sliced peppers, and onion. Add the pineapple before the peppers are completely soft. Add demi glaze and cup of wine to vegetables at the end.
Serve with white rice and steamed vegetables.
