Sopa de marisco com Porto >>

Ingredients:
- 2 or 3 minced cloves of Garlic
- 3 large shrimp
- 6 Mussels
- Octopuss previously cooked and diced
- 4 Large Scallops
- Small Calamari (1 or 2)
- 4 Ounces of Port Wine
- 1/2 Cup of tomato paste
- 4 Cups of Fish Stock (without any salt or pepper)
STEPS:
- Sauté garlic in olive oil until golden
- Add tiger shrimps, mussels and octopus
- let it fry for about 5 mins
- Add Scallops (4 large) and the small calamari still whole, which should still have the tentacles
- Then add 4 ounces of Port
- Add Tomato paste (2 cups) and stir for a couple of minutes
- Finaly add pre-made fish broth and let it boil for 10 minutes
- The salt should be checked and adjusted, if needed, when serving
