Seafood Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup of diced onions
  • Olive oil
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • Tomato paste ½ cup
  • Calamari
  • Shrimp / large (12)
  • Mussels and clams (3 of each)
  • Pre-cooked linguini – Al Dente
  • 1 tsp of Salt
  • 1/2 Cup of White Wine
  • 1 Cup of hot water
  • Oregano

    STEPS:

  1. Sauté onions, garlic in olive oil
  2. When the onions and garlic are golden, add the peppers and stir for a couple more minutes
  3. Add the tomato paste and let it boil for a few minutes, then add 1 calamari cut in rings
  4. When the calamari starts to get soft and picks up the tomato color, you can add the shrimp (12)
  5. Stir well, then add half a cup of white wine, keep stirring and let it boil
  6. Then add the mussels and clams (3 of each)
  7. Add ½ cup of water (water is best already hot to keep the boil going)
  8. Add two hands full of pre-cooked linguini and turn it well to have all the ingredients mix together
  9. Add a pinch of salt and generous pinch of oregano
  10. Let it come to a boil and it is ready
