Ingredients:
- 1 cup of diced bell peppers
- 1 cup of diced onions
- Olive oil
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- Tomato paste ½ cup
- Calamari
- Shrimp / large (12)
- Mussels and clams (3 of each)
- Pre-cooked linguini – Al Dente
- 1 tsp of Salt
- 1/2 Cup of White Wine
- 1 Cup of hot water
- Oregano
STEPS:
- Sauté onions, garlic in olive oil
- When the onions and garlic are golden, add the peppers and stir for a couple more minutes
- Add the tomato paste and let it boil for a few minutes, then add 1 calamari cut in rings
- When the calamari starts to get soft and picks up the tomato color, you can add the shrimp (12)
- Stir well, then add half a cup of white wine, keep stirring and let it boil
- Then add the mussels and clams (3 of each)
- Add ½ cup of water (water is best already hot to keep the boil going)
- Add two hands full of pre-cooked linguini and turn it well to have all the ingredients mix together
- Add a pinch of salt and generous pinch of oregano
- Let it come to a boil and it is ready
