Ingredients:
- Bite sized fake or real crab meat
- Grated cheese
- Two strips of presunto/prosciutto shredded
- Strips of grilled chicken seasoned to your taste.
In this case we used chicken marinated in yogurt then pan fried but grilled might be even better.
STEPS:
- Get the gizzards and the hearts boiling first because they take longer.
- Then make the broth in a large pot:
- Get water to boil
- Get some chicken thighs or breasts with the skin, boil it for about 40-45 mins.
- Cut away the cartilage from the gizzards, and cut the arteries and then split the hearts down the middle.
- Once the broth is done you can strain it to get rid of any loose skin or flesh.
- Add the rice noodles to the broth and bring it to a boil again, for a few mins.
- Once the broth is done with the noodles you can add any toppings to your liking.
